Meet Dr. Reza Moezi

Being a dentist is truly humbling and rewarding at the same time. I am honored to serve my patients, and love seeing their health improve under my care. Both my father and grandfather were physicians, and I learned from them that quality healthcare and compassion go hand-in-hand.

Education

Prior to becoming a dentist, I graduated with an International Baccalaureate Degree from Geneva, Switzerland, and completed my Bachelor Degree at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. I then attained my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota.

In the Practice

I have been practicing dentistry since 1989, and am passionate about what I do. As a dentist, my job and my community service are one and the same, and for that I am grateful. I love getting to know my friends and neighbors as they come in our practice, and I will only provide the highest quality services for my patients. The best part of my profession is the opportunity to make personal connections with every person who comes to see me, and to help them attain or retain optimal oral health.

Every person is different and has unique needs to be met. My job is to get to know each patient, and to study their health history and personal background to come up with an individualized treatment plan that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations for comfort and gentle care.

Continuing Education

“Education is the basic foundation of any doctor, but a degree is the just the beginning. To bring our patients the most advanced dental care possible means education is a continual process that never ends.”

Although my formal education is complete, I view my profession as a lifelong learning opportunity, and enjoy attending classes and seminars on subjects that would positively affect my patients. I am involved with many national and local study groups and institutes for post-graduate training, and am an active member of the following organizations:

Family Life

I have lived in Vacaville for over 30 years, and love being part of such a wonderful community. My wife is also my dental partner, Dr. Victoria Farr. I love working with my life partner, and am always amazed at her skill level as well as her generosity. At home, my wife and I have one wonderful son named Darian. In my spare time, I enjoy snow skiing, waterskiing, fixing things around our house, and trying to keep up with my young son!

I am also active in our community and support local organizations, schools and charities. I also give my time to help restore the dental health of women who have been victims of domestic abuse. I feel that as a dentist, part of my responsibilities include helping those most in need.
